Clinic Hours Small Animal Services Routine appointments are available from 9.00am 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 8.30am 12 noon every 2nd Saturday. Appointments are available at other times by arrangement. Equine Services Routine farm calls/clinic admissions are available from 8.45am 5pm Monday Friday. Equine appointments are scheduled for arrival on your farm in time blocks of 1 ½ hours. Our Office will contact you if an emergency has delayed the Doctors arrival. If directed to voicemail when telephoning us, or when contacting us by e-mail for an appointment, please indicate two or more alternate dates and times that will be convenient for you. EMERGENCIES In the event of a veterinary emergency call our Office immediately @ 518-329-5213. If directed to voicemail choose from the following options: Dial 1 for Small Animal Emergencies Dial 2 for Equine Emergencies The system will automatically direct your call to the on-call Doctor. Please ALWAYS leave a callback number, stay by your phone and keep the phone line open so as the on-call Doctor can reach you promptly.
